I was way too thirsty New Year's Eve and paid for it with a day on the couch New Year's Day. Good thing there was football on, but I missed my tempo run and had to do it on Friday.
It was a 45 minute tempo run and I wanted to stay under 9:00 pace for 25 minutes.

With about 2 minutes left with mile 4 it was time to start cool down so I guess I accidently ran negatives. When I got home I felt pretty good so I went upstairs for Ab Ripper, and stayed with most of it.
Today was suppose to be a 90 minute slow run. I left the house about 6:30 am. About 45 degrees and very little wind. Didn't go well and I'm coming down with some sort of crun. Also, I think I still had some fatigue from the Tempo run the day before, and then it began to rain. I was about 60 minutes in when the rain began so I started to run toward home with the idea of quiting if it was still raining when I got home. I ran fast enough so that it still was so I quit. I ran 6.7 miles in 7 minutes and 20 seconds. Boo me.
Tomorrow is a 3 mile run and weights. I don't know if I'll make it.

If you is sick, no go! I had the freakin crud for ~3 weeks and couldn't shake it, tried to push through it (like usual). Thanks for the book, I may have to pick that one up! I love a book that makes me laugh out loud and people think I'm crazy.
